China Solar Wall Light Manufacturers Introduces The Installation Process Of Courtyard Lights

China Solar Wall Light Manufacturers introduces the installation process of courtyard lights:

 

1. Garden light installation 

The garden light source should adopt low-power, high-color-rendering, high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, and incandescent lamps, and the insulation resistance of the conductive part of each set of lamps to the ground should be greater than 2MΩ. Garden lights should be installed vertically, column-type street lamps, floor-type street lamps, special garden lamps, and other lamps should be reliably fixed to the foundation, and anchor bolts and caps should be complete. The fuse in each set of the lamp fuse boxes is complete, and the specification is suitable for the lamp. The junction box or fuse box of the luminaire, and the waterproof gasket of the box cover should be installed intact. The street lamps on the poles of the overhead lines should be correctly positioned, fixed reliably, with complete fasteners and tightened, and each set of lamps should be protected by a fuse. When garden lights and pole-mounted street lights are equipped with devices that automatically open and close according to the brightness of natural light, they should be debugged, and the automatic on-off power control devices of the lamps should act accurately. 

 

2. Grounding of garden lights 

Strict attention should be paid to the grounding of garden lights. Metal pillars and lamps can be close to bare conductors and should be reliably connected to the PEN line. The grounding wire should be a single trunk line, the trunk line should be arranged along the garden lights to form a ring network, and the grounding trunk line should be connected to the -out trunk line of the grounding device at no less than 2 locations. The branch line from the grounding trunk line is connected to the metal lamp post and the ground terminal of the lamp, and there is a mark. The grounding branch of the lamp cannot be connected in series with the lamp to prevent the displacement or replacement of individual lamps and other lamps from losing grounding protection. 

 

3. Power on a trial run 

After the luminaire has been installed and passed the insulation test, the power-on trial operation is allowed. After power is on, you should carefully check and patrol to check whether the control of the lamps is flexible and accurate; whether the switch corresponds to the control sequence of the lamps. If any problems are found, the power should be turned off immediately to find out the cause and repair it.
