What aspects of solar wall lamps and lamp poles need to be checked

As an environmentally friendly and energy-saving outdoor lighting device, solar wall lights are committed to improving the city's night view and beautifying the environment. However, this device operates in a complex outdoor environment and faces many challenges. Therefore, in order to ensure the long-term stability and efficient lighting service of solar wall lights, professional inspection of their lamps and poles is particularly important.

Lamp inspection: Ensure lighting effect and safety
The lamp is the core component of the solar wall lamp, and its performance is directly related to the lighting effect and safety. The inspection of lamps should cover the following key aspects:
Light source performance evaluation: LED light source is the most commonly used light source type in solar wall lights, and is favored for its stability, long life and low energy consumption. When checking the light source, focus on whether its parameters such as brightness, color temperature and color rendering index meet the design specifications. At the same time, observe whether the light source is damaged, blackened or has reduced brightness. If problems are found, it should be replaced in time to ensure the lighting effect.
Lampshade integrity inspection: The lampshade not only protects the light source from the external environment, but also has the functions of light transmission and focusing. When checking the lampshade, ensure that its surface is clean and free of scratches or cracks, and has good light transmission performance. In addition, it is necessary to check the sealing between the lampshade and the light source to prevent dust and water vapor from penetrating into the lamp and affecting its normal operation.
Circuit system stability test: As an important part of the lamp, the stability of the circuit directly affects the working state of the lamp. When checking the circuit, it should be ensured that the wires and connectors are firm, without damage or exposure, and the circuit layout is reasonable without safety hazards such as short circuit and open circuit. At the same time, check whether the protective components such as fuses and circuit breakers in the circuit are working properly to ensure that the power supply can be quickly cut off under abnormal circumstances to prevent safety accidents such as fire.
Intelligent control function evaluation: Modern solar wall lamps are usually equipped with intelligent control functions such as light control and human body sensing to improve lighting effects and energy-saving performance. When checking the intelligent control function, its sensitivity and accuracy should be ensured, and it can automatically adjust the lighting brightness and switch status according to the ambient light intensity and human activity.

Lamp pole inspection: Ensure stability and safety
The lamp pole is the supporting structure of the solar wall lamp, and its stability is directly related to the installation and use safety of the lamp. The inspection of light poles should include the following aspects:
Stability assessment: Check whether the light pole is firmly installed on the wall or the ground to ensure that there is no looseness or tilt. At the same time, check whether the connection parts between the light pole and the ground or wall are tight and free of rust or damage. For light poles installed in harsh environments such as strong winds and heavy rain, special attention should be paid to their wind resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure their stability in extreme climates.
Material quality inspection: The material of the light pole directly affects its load-bearing capacity and service life. When inspecting the light pole, attention should be paid to whether its material meets the design requirements and whether there are signs of cracks, rust or deformation. For light poles made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, it is also necessary to ensure that its surface treatment is uniform and there are no scratches or peeling to ensure its durability.
Height and angle adjustment: The height and angle of the light pole directly affect the lighting range and effect. When inspecting the light pole, ensure that its height meets the design specifications and can provide sufficient lighting range. At the same time, reasonable angle settings can also help optimize the lighting effect and ensure uniform lighting coverage.
